At marcahand, we are committed to ensuring your brand looks its best. Because we specialize in customized, printed-to-order products, our policy is designed to protect the integrity of your custom designs while ensuring you receive the quality you expect.
1. Our Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our precision. If the products you receive are physically defective, or if the final print significantly differs from the digital proof you approved, we will make it right.
2. Custom & Branded Items
Due to the personalized nature of our business, custom-printed items cannot be returned or exchanged for “change of mind” or “incorrect size selection” once production has begun.

Approval Process: We require a final digital proof approval before any printing begins. Please review all spelling, colors, and placements carefully during this stage.

Cancellations: Once a custom order has moved into the production phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Non-Customized (Blank) Items
For items purchased without any custom branding:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in “as-new” condition.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error:

Evidence: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

Resolution: If the error is on our part, we will offer a full reprint at no additional cost or a full refund for the affected items.
5. Shipping & Logistics

Shipping Errors: If an order is lost in transit due to our carrier, we will expedite a replacement order.

Address Accuracy: MarcaHand is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
