At marcahand<\/b>, we are committed to ensuring your brand looks its best. Because we specialize in customized, printed-to-order products, our policy is designed to protect the integrity of your custom designs while ensuring you receive the quality you expect.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Our Quality Guarantee<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We take pride in our precision. If the products you receive are physically defective<\/b>, or if the final print significantly differs from the digital proof<\/b> you approved, we will make it right.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Custom & Branded Items<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the personalized nature of our business, custom-printed items cannot be returned or exchanged<\/b> for “change of mind” or “incorrect size selection” once production has begun.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Approval Process:<\/b> We require a final digital proof approval before any printing begins. Please review all spelling, colors, and placements carefully during this stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Cancellations:<\/b> Once a custom order has moved into the production phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Non-Customized (Blank) Items<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    For items purchased without any custom branding:<\/span><\/p>\n

      You have 14 days<\/b> from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in “as-new” condition.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Defective or Damaged Goods<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error:<\/span><\/p>\n
