Welcome to <\/span>marcahand<\/b>.<\/span> These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (<\/span>www.marcahand.com<\/a>) and the purchase of our printing and branding services.<\/span> By placing an order with us,<\/span> you agree to these terms in full.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Scope of Service<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

marcahand<\/strong> provides custom branding,<\/span> printing,<\/span> and promotional product supply services.<\/span> We act as a bridge between your brand vision and high-quality physical merchandise.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Order & Production Process<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    Digital Proofing:<\/b> Before production begins,<\/span> we will provide a digital proof of your design.<\/span> It is the customer’s responsibility to check for errors in spelling,<\/span> placement,<\/span> color (CMYK\/Pantone),<\/span> and resolution.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Approval:<\/b> Your written or electronic approval of the proof constitutes an “Agreement to Print.<\/span>” marcahand is not liable for errors present in the approved proof.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Variations:<\/b> Due to the nature of printing on different materials (wood, textile, metal), slight variations in color and texture may occur. These are considered industry-standard and not grounds for a refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      Client Warranty:<\/b> By uploading a logo or design, you warrant that you own the rights to that intellectual property or have explicit permission to use it.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Indemnification:<\/b> You agree to indemnify MarcaHand against any legal claims or expenses arising from trademark or copyright infringement related to the designs you provide.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Showcasing:<\/b> Unless otherwise requested in writing, MarcaHand reserves the right to use photos of your finished branded products in our marketing materials (portfolio, social media, and website) to showcase our work quality.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Pricing & Payment<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

        Quotes:<\/b> Quotations are valid for [30] days.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Payment Terms:<\/b> For new clients and custom orders, full payment is typically required upfront or as a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due upon completion.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Taxes:<\/b> All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (e.g., 23% in Portugal) unless a valid EU VAT number is provided for cross-border intra-community transactions.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Shipping & Delivery<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

          Turnaround Times:<\/b> Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, MarcaHand is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Transfer of Risk:<\/b> Risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

          MarcaHand’s maximum liability for any order is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost marketing opportunities or event cancellations.<\/span><\/p>\n

          7. Termination<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

          We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if the content provided is deemed illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

          8. Governing Law<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

          These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal<\/b>. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the District of Lisbon.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
